What does New Age Global actually do?
We work as diamond dealers and mineral brokers based in Sandton, handling sourcing, independent parcel evaluation, buyer and seller introductions, secure logistics, and licensing support. In short, we manage the full chain between a producer’s parcel and a confirmed sale, so neither side has to carry the risk alone.
How do I become an affiliated diamond seller or producer?
Complete the affiliation form on our Join Us page with your details and area of operation. Our team verifies your documentation and compliance history, confirms your qualification status, and once your registration fee is processed, you’re onboarded into our network with access to active commodities sales.
Is the parcel evaluation really free?
Yes. Parcel evaluation is complimentary and independent, carried out by expert evaluators using proper machinery to confirm quality and commercial viability before any deal moves forward. There’s no cost to you for this step, regardless of whether a sale goes ahead afterward.
How do you keep buyers and sellers safe during a transaction?
We partner with specialised mineral security couriers, including Bricks, to handle the physical movement of diamonds and other minerals. This means neither buyers nor sellers ever need to carry cash or stones on the road themselves. Our Sandton offices also provide safeguarded premises for in-person meetings.
What licensing or compliance do you require from clients?
We assist affiliated clients with obtaining the necessary permits from the Diamond Board and confirm that every trade complies with the relevant legal frameworks. This applies to producers, agents, and buyers alike, whether you’re a rough diamond dealer or an established gold and diamond dealer.
How long does affiliation approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days of submission. Once your qualification status is confirmed and your registration fee is paid, your membership status becomes active and you can download your certificate directly from your member portal.
